Changes to our notice practices
We will no longer be sending you, or other users in your market, emails about changes to our legal agreements unless we elect to do so as a courtesy. In accordance with our PayPal User Agreement, we will continue to post notice of changes which reduce your rights or increase your responsibilities on our Policy Updates page at least 14 days before such changes take effect. Please continue to check our Policy Updates page for such notices. By continuing to use our services after any such changes take effect, you agree to abide and be bound by those changes.

There is no action needed from you today, but if you have questions about any of these changes or your account, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Thank you for being a PayPal customer.
